Our items are checked before leaving our warehouse to ensure no faults.

At q and p furniture we take customer service very seriously. Your satisfaction is our top priority, with that in mind we aim to make you Q and P furniture experience as smooth and seamless as possible- from purchase to delivery.

  • All large items are hand-delivered by a 2-man hand-delivery service and delivery times may vary. Contact us directly to discuss delivery times and delivery prices.
  • Delivery prices may vary depending on location.
  • Free delivery locally around Nottingham up to 30 miles
  •            If you live in a flat or an apartment higher than the ground floor, please inform us in advance. We may not be able to deliver large items to upper floors without prior arrangement. In cases where this is not disclosed and we are unable to complete the delivery to your room, the delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point, such as the building entrance.

    o   If the item does not fit through doors, windows, or staircases, there will be an additional £50 charge to arrange alternative delivery methods, such as hoisting through windows.

  • If items are not fitting through doors windows there will be a £50 charge
  • Custom made furniture items are individually crafted in your choice of colours which can take anything from 8 – 12 weeks for manufacture and we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date in advance.
  • Collection can be arranged from Q&P furniture. Please contact us if you wish to arrange this.
  • The risk of damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered.
  • Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time frame, we give you there may be delays under unforeseen circumstances we will however notify you if any issues occur.
  • Once delivered the items ordered will become your property and your responsibility and, apart from where damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for the damage or destruction after they have been delivered. 
  • If items are custom made and items have already been dispatched from our manufacturers the deposit will be taken.
  • If a product you purchase has a fault, please send us proof of photos of any faults/damage within 24 hours and we will be happy to help.
  • If we find that the product has developed a fault due to misuse by you, we are under no obligation to replace the item or issues a refund.
